Eric Cassidy with Certainli Realty is absolutely amazing. I separated from my now ex husband, and we needed to sell the house fast as we weren't getting along under the same roof. Eric made the process quick and simple.

Further, and more importantly, Eric fought hard for me and my little family to find us a new home within my new small budget. He worked tirelessly to make sure we would have a roof over our heads. He puts the humanity back into real estate. He saw me as a human, with real fears and anxiety, instead of just a payout. He supported me through every step, even offering hugs and comfort when I didn't think I could get through it.

My husband and I have definitely had a lot of experience buying and selling homes, and each time it has been quite transactional. However, we recently worked with Michelle Boehmer to sell our tenanted rental property which potentially comes with concerns/issues.
